J.E.N 3.0 was started by Jennifer Fisher in 2013. Our mission is to provide effective training to help organizations of all sizes and types develop their employees. Our motto is simple, be better tomorrow than you were today.
Jennifer Fisher
Founder and Principal
Jennifer is a business specialist, marketing and promotions professional, workshop and motivational speaker, writer, and singer-songwriter. She conducts training about generational issues, internship program development, Human Resources related topics such as conflict resolution, interviewing skills for the non-hr supervisor, leadership training, and many others, advice for following your passion, and more.
She possesses a Master of Business Administration from the University of Saint Francis and a Bachelor of Social Work degree from Kentucky Christian University. In her spare time, Jennifer performs in 2 bands, and owns a branding and promotions company called Foggy Creek Promotions.
